YOGA WORKSHOPS

Yoga workshops allow you to go deeper into your practice. Lessons are longer than regular classes, you can work on postures in more detail and focus on specific aspects of your learning process. 

IMPORTANT: These workshops are to be avoided if you have your period, an injury or a medical condition.
  
 Duration: Three hours for a day. From 8 am to 11 am  Or 14h to 17h.
