YOGA COURSES

Classes for beginners in Iyengar yoga. Discovering relaxation through yoga.

Emphasis is put on learning some of the standing asanas (yoga postures) and becoming familiar with the concept of alignment and use of props.

This Iyengar Yoga Course will take you through the introduction of the Iyengar  Method as well as learning to move on to the more advanced requirements.

Morning and afternoon sessions

Introductory Course

Morning 8:30 to 9:45

Intermediate (These classes are online/in person)

Afternoon 12:30 to 14:00

Pranayama classes for experienced practitioners

Afternoon 16:30 to 17:30

Course Fees:

Group classes: Rs. 700 per class, per person.
Individual classes: Rs. 1000 per class.

INTENSIVE COURSES ON REQUEST

Course fee for the 5 days of classes Rs. 5500

Midday courses, on-line / in person

Time: 12:30 to 14:00 (These classes are on line/ in person)

PRANAYAMA:
